Swedish Water Infrastructure Innovation Ready for Europe
From May 4–7, Swedish company IBECO will make its debut as an exhibitor at IFAT in Munich, Germany. IFAT is one of the world’s largest trade fairs for environmental technology, water, and wastewater. IBECO will use the exhibition to launch its new product for the water and construction industry: the Mobile Pump Well.
The Mobile Pump Well is an innovation designed to create a safer, more efficient, and more controlled working environment for bypass pumping and excavation projects. The solution enables fast installation, protects the pump, and improves stability at the worksite – key factors in today’s complex water infrastructure projects.
The product has been developed in close collaboration with real-world field requirements, and a patent application has already been submitted.
– This is a solution I personally felt was missing on site. Our goal was to develop something that simplifies the work while improving safety. It should be easy to do the right thing – and that is exactly what the Mobile Pump Well enables, says Rikard Wennberg, inventor of the solution.
IBECO is a Swedish provider of water and wastewater solutions, focusing on functionality, quality, and availability. By combining product expertise with practical industry experience, the company develops solutions that make a real difference in everyday operations.
With its launch at IFAT, IBECO takes a clear step into the European market – initially focusing on Germany.
– We see a strong demand for smarter and safer bypass pumping solutions. The interest we are already seeing confirms that this is the right solution at the right time. IFAT marks the starting point of our international expansion, says Andreas Carlberg, Product Manager at IBECO.
As part of the market launch, IBECO is now looking for distribution partners across Europe to help establish the Mobile Pump Well in new markets.
