The Liffe wheat market is circa 6-10% higher than the same time last year as the Jul & Nov 18 contracts currently trade at £157 & £166/t respectively. There is also a shift in the difference between the two. In mid July 2017 the Nov contract was trading just 1.7% above the July contract. This compares with 5.7% for 2018 with nearly double the volume traded.

With Harvest already well underway and severe drought affecting many parts of the UK, these prices should have already taken account of harvest.
