Based in Driffield, the company supplies genetically-advanced breeding stock to farmers all over the world. ACMC is a family business which was established in 1990.
ACMC in September supplied one of Asia Pacific region’s largest Agribusiness conglomerates, Charoen Pokphand Philippines (CP) with 1,500 genetically-improved AC1 gilts at its newly-built unit at CP Farms, in Tinang, Tarlac in Central Luzon.
The company is continuing to trade in administration in order to sell the business as a going concern and maximise the return to creditors. ACMC has 35 staff.
Anyone interested in acquiring the business should contact the administrators on 0113 244 0044 or the agents, Leonards on 01482 375212.
