The Autumn Sowing Survey has been running for 10 days during which time 70,000acres of data has been submitted for both oilseed rape and winter wheat.

The more data, the better the analysis.
Splitting the data into two equal 5 day tranches: 15-20 Oct and 21-26Oct, the average estlishment percent is lower for the more recent data range indicating that autumn establishment is becoming a bigger challenge.
