AMAZONE to showcase new Condor 02 and new spreader tech at Cereals 2026

At Cereals 2026, AMAZONE will showcase a range of new and proven technologies, including the UK debut of the new Condor 02 direct drill, alongside key machines from its drilling, crop protection and cultivation portfolios.

A strong focus will be placed on high-output establishment and precision application, with machines such as the 9 m Cirrus Grand, ZA-TS 4201 with AutoSpread, UX trailed sprayer with live AmaSelect demonstrations, and the UF mounted sprayer with ContourControl.

NEW Condor 02 – trailed direct drill

Making its first appearance ahead of launch, the new Condor 02 represents the next evolution in high-output, low-disturbance establishment. Since its introduction in 2013, the Condor tine drill has delivered accurate large-scale direct drilling in working widths of up to 15 m.

Central to the Condor’s success is the proven narrow ConTeC coulter, minimising soil disturbance while ensuring precise seed placement through excellent contour following. The new Condor 02 brings this system into a more compact and manageable chassis, available in 8 and 9 m working widths.

A key new feature, shown for the first time at Cereals 2026, is the addition of a rear harrow system. This improves seedbed finish and extends the drill’s versatility, making it equally suited to both direct drilling and min-till systems. The result is more consistent seed coverage, improved germination and higher forward speeds.

With its triple split hopper, precise metering system and individual row shut-off via the MultiSwitch segmented distribution head, the Condor 02 is ideally suited to farms looking to maximise output while maintaining establishment accuracy.

Cirrus Grand 9 m – trailed cultivator drill

Also featured is the Cirrus Grand 9 m, designed to deliver high work rates without compromising precision.

Equipped with a twin or triple split hopper and individual row shut-off via the segmented distribution head, the Cirrus Grand reduces overlaps and input costs. The system automatically adjusts shut-off timing to account for seed pipe length, ensuring accurate placement across the full working width.

AMAZONE’s tyre system with Matrix tyre profile continues the strip-wise consolidation concept, firming soil directly over the seed row while leaving inter-row areas loose to improve water infiltration and soil structure.

ZA-TS 4201 – fertiliser spreader with AutoSpread

Precision application is represented by the ZA-TS 4201, equipped with AutoSpread for fully automatic calibration of both application rate and spread pattern.

AutoSpread measures spreading distance and direction in real time, automatically adjusting drop point and disc speed on the move. The result is consistently accurate spreading across the full working width.

Combined with the TS spreading system and new in-house ISOBUS software, the ZA-TS delivers exceptional accuracy, even in challenging conditions.

TopCut 6 m – mounted knife roller cultivator

Completing the line-up is the 6 m mounted TopCut knife roller, offering a versatile solution for ultra-shallow cultivation and cover crop management.

Operating at speeds of up to 20 km/h, the TopCut achieves high work rates with low fuel consumption. The combination of knife rollers and optional following elements ensures effective residue processing, encouraging rapid breakdown and creating ideal conditions for subsequent crop establishment.

UX trailed sprayer – live on-stand AmaSelect demonstrations

A key attraction on the stand will be the UX trailed sprayer, with live AmaSelect demonstrations throughout the event.

AmaSelect enables individual nozzle control, automatically adjusting application rate, droplet size and forward speed. This ensures optimal coverage, effective drift control and reduced input costs, while also enabling CurveControl.

Demonstrations will highlight row-specific application, spot spraying and automatic nozzle switching, showcasing the benefits of precision application in real field scenarios.

UF mounted sprayer with ContourControl

The UF mounted sprayer will be displayed with the proven ContourControl boom guidance system.

ContourControl provides fully automatic, side-independent boom guidance, maintaining the optimum distance to the crop across the full width, even on uneven terrain.

This results in improved application accuracy, reduced drift and more consistent spray performance, particularly in challenging conditions.

Visitors to the AMAZONE stand (832) at Cereals 2026 will be able to see the full range of machines up close and speak with product specialists about how these technologies can improve efficiency, precision and profitability on farm.
