Wensleydale Creamery Launches New Website

The Wensleydale Creamery has launched a new website, to reflect its new look branding and host an online cheese shop.

Launched in time for the key Christmas sales period, the website features a new online store, giving Real Yorkshire Wensleydale Cheese fans the opportunity to buy their much loved cheeses from the comfort of their homes.

Customers can ‘discover the true taste of Yorkshire’ with fabulous hampers, full of their favourite cheeses together with the finest accompaniments, exclusive  cheese boxes which are hand selected and freshly cut by its deli team or delightful miniature waxed cheese truckles, all of which can be ordered direct from www.wensleydale.co.uk

Visitors to the new site can also find recipes featuring the Creamery’s award-winning cheeses, search for a local stockist of their favourite cheese and discover all about the Wensleydale Creamery’s popular Visitor Centre.

The new website comes as another step in revitalising the Wensleydale brand, following a packaging redesign, launch of a Premium Range of cheese and new product launch of Dales Butter earlier this year. The Wensleydale Creamery is also committed to making their handcrafted, award winning cheeses accessible to consumers across the UK.

Leeds-based agency hômejames designed the new website to reflect Wensleydale’s Yorkshire provenance, which features the iconic imagery of the Dales where the Wensleydale Creamery is based. It’s sister agency CHILLI UK handled the rebrand.

Managing Director of The Wensleydale Creamery, David Hartley, said: “We pride ourselves on our Dales heritage and are keen to reinforce this both off and online, therefore the website redesign and e-store was the obvious next step for us.

“Christmas is a key sales period for us and we’re delighted that fans of the brand all over the mainland UK can now buy online and enjoy our range of fantastic cheeses and gifts delivered direct to their door.”
