Tesco pull plug on Creamfields milk
Creamfields, the budget dairy brand, has been axed from Tesco shelves after cutting their own-brank milk price.
Following its decision to drop their own brand milk price from £1.39 to £1 for four pints, Tesco has removed Creamfields products from its shelves, which were priced at £1.
However, Tesco did not comment that there was any link between their price war on milk and their decision to remove Creamfields milk.
"We keep our ranges under review to ensure we offer our customers the best value and choice available," said the Tesco spokesperson.
In addition to milk, Tesco also stocks Creamfields cheese and yoghurt. Neither of these products have been affected.
