The vast majority of accounts are operating as expected on the new platform.  There are individual user issues mostly associated with Microsoft Outlook which should clear over the next 24hrs.  Outlook Express etc working well.

Known Issues/Notes

• e-mail forwarding - if you had e-mail forwarding set up, to forward a copy to a hand held device/phone, please contact us as forwarding is now forwarding ALL rather than just a copy.
• Username/password error - remember to enter the full e-mail address as the username.
• e-mail manager under MyAccount is no longer part of the new service.  All previous e-mail manager services have been disabled (except forwarding) and services like antispam radically improved.  This should mean that individual user level antispam is no longer necessary.
• Old webmail - any messages missing just prior to the migration can be accesses via the old platform webmail at http://webmail.fol.uk.net alternatively change the pop3 server address to ms0.fol.uk.net (not forgetting to change it back after receiving e-mails).
• Domain names - if you have a domain registered with Farming Online, we need to update your settings to avoid relay errors.
• Roaming smart phone/device access details will be available from the end of this week.
