Saputo Dairy UK holds its milk price for 9th consecutive month
Saputo Dairy UK (SDUK) announces a further hold to the milk price it pays to its Davidstow farmers at 29.9ppl* for November 2019. This has been agreed with Dairy Crest Direct (DCD).
“We have held our price steady for nine consecutive months now,” said Chris Thomson, Group Procurement Director at Saputo Dairy UK. “During a time of considerable uncertainty for everyone in the industry, I am pleased that we are once again able to provide our farmers with much-needed stability as we continue to pay one of the leading milk prices in the UK.”
DCD Chairman, Steve Bone, said, “We are very pleased that SDUK are continuing to provide stability for our members with a milk price hold for November.”
