HGCA has said Recommended Lists for 2013/14 are set for delivery by the end of the week. On Wednesday HGCA said growers should receive their hard copies soon.

Changes to the varieties featured in the forthcoming recommended lists were unveiled in December. This year's Recommended Lists feature new categories on resistance ratings for fusarium ear blight in spring wheat and ramularia in barley. 41 new varieties have been added to the 2013/14 lists, and 24 varieties have been removed.
