Soybean futures have moved sideways over the week as strong demand and plentiful supply compete.  At present US weather remains favourable as harvest approaches.

Soybean and palm oil futures have retraced after an extended upward move.

Rapeseed futures have held around recent highs, but the physical market is slow as the now-familiar low yield story continues to offer some support. In the UK physical markets continue to firm relative to futures as merchants still look to cover shorts in the spot positions.
