NSA: Refresh and reconnect at NSA Wales/Cymru Annual Member’s Meeting

Sheep producers will have a welcome chance to refresh and reconnect at the National Sheep Association (NSA) Wales/Cymru Annual Regional Members’ Meeting (ARMM). The event takes place at the Royal Welsh Showground’s International Pavilion on Monday 9th February.

There will be the opportunity to question and raise issues with Llyr Gruffydd MS, Shadow Minister for the Environment and Rural Affairs, as well as to benefit from industry updates. Speakers will include Nicola Noble, NSA Project Officer, and British Wool’s Gareth Jones.

Helen Roberts, NSA Cymru Development Officer, is delighted to welcome both long-standing members and those joining the meeting for the first time.

She says: “The meeting is a fantastic opportunity to learn more about the work of NSA, the projects we are currently involved in, and the impact we aim to make across the sector.

“We are also pleased to host two engaging speakers, Llyr Gruffydd and Gareth Jones, who will be sharing their insights during the session.”

Nicola Noble is Project Manager at NSA. Her experience as a sheep farmer and strong background in research and development underpin her key role in managing and delivering internal and external projects and technical expertise at the NSA.

And of course she has a vested interest in encouraging the next generation. Her two young children serve as enthusiastic ‘mini farmers in training’, helping with the family’s 100 ewe flock.

The event will begins at 11am with the ARMM. The business will include election of a new Chair and Vice Chair.

Please contact Helen Roberts on 07976803066 or email helen@nationalsheep.org.uk to register attendance that will include lunch for all attendees.
