NSA and Yamaha Motor UK remind sheep farmers to enter 2026 ATV prize giveaway

The National Sheep Association (NSA) is reminding sheep farmers across the UK of its fantastic 2026 prize draw, offering the chance to win a brand-new all-terrain vehicle (ATV) designed to make day-to-day farm work easier.

The prize of a Yamaha Kodiak 450 ATV is worth more than £8,600 and is kindly provided by leading manufacturer Yamaha Motor UK. The exciting NSA competition will remain open for entries throughout this year both online and in person, and with a busy summer of activity ahead for NSA there will be lots of opportunity to enter the draw.

Farmers attending NSA events will get chance to view the Yamaha ATV including at the association’s flagship event, NSA Sheep Event 2026, and Scotland’s major sheep farming event, NSA Scotsheep 2026.

These events will bring together sheep farmers, industry experts and leading agricultural businesses for a full programme of demonstrations, trade stands, seminars and networking opportunities. Alongside the opportunity to explore the latest innovations in sheep farming, visitors will be able to find out more about the prize draw and submit their entry.

NSA Chief Executive Phil Stocker says: “NSA has built a strong reputation for offering practical prizes that genuinely support sheep farming businesses, and the chance to win a Yamaha Kodiak 450 ATV is certainly one not to miss.

“The prize draw has already been really well received by sheep farmers this year as NSA has met with prospective winners at events such as Lamma and NSA regional Annual Members’ Meetings across the UK, but we want to remind farmers that there is still plenty of time to enter. Whether online or at one of our summer events, we encourage people to get involved for their chance to win.”

Yamaha Motor UK has a long-standing relationship with the agricultural sector and is widely recognised for producing robust, reliable machinery suited to demanding farm environments.

The Kodiak 450 ATV is designed with easy-to-use technology alongside the durability and reliability needed to tackle tough farm tasks and challenging terrain. The model features Yamaha’s On-Command drive system, allowing operators to switch between 2WD and 4WD at the push of a button, while the Ultramatic automatic transmission is designed to make daily work more efficient and comfortable.

Mr Stocker adds: “For sheep farmers across the UK, having reliable machinery that can cope with long days and difficult ground conditions is essential. A vehicle like this can make a real difference to day-to-day flock management.”

Dan Palmer, Manager RVGC at Yamaha Motor UK, says: “NSA is an important voice within the UK farming community and we are delighted to be collaborating with them on this competition. The Kodiak 450 is a true workhorse built for reliability, and we know it will be an invaluable tool for one lucky winner.”The winner of the Yamaha Kodiak 450 ATV will be announced at the end of 2026.
