The Terrano GX is a new model in the Terrano family with 4m to 6m working widths and featuring 3- or 4-bar version with a tine spacing between 28.5cm and 31.5cm. The Terrano GX joins the 3-point mounted Terrano FX, the Terrano MT with two rows of cultivation discs and two tine rows and the 10m and 12m Terrano 10 and 12 FM for large working widths.

The Terrano GX is equipped with the third generation TerraGrip, with its spring located in the frame and a 550kg release force with large and maintenance-free pivot points that guarantee a long service life. The cultivator can be equipped with four cultivation point options from intensely mixing to merely loosening for a wide variety of conditions.

The Terrano GX chassis is located behind the tine section, in front of the levelling tools and uses large tyres for road transport and headland turns. Designed for high ground clearance when lifted and moving the tyres out of the working range when lowered, the Terrano GX offers excellent working quality in the field and high driving comfort on the road.

To increase tractive output, the Terrano GX is equipped with a fully integrated tractive power amplifier that transfers up to 1,200 kg weight to the rear axle of the tractor while working by using lifting and lowering hydraulics in a depressurised condition. A choice of levelling discs that aggressively distribute the material in front of the packer and the tine levellers that spread the material are available.

The Terrano GX can be equipped with a range of packer versions that meet the individual requirements of each customer. For working in wet conditions or to cultivate the winter furrow, a special wet/winter packer has been developed with a small contact area that prevents compaction and only controls the depth of the machine.

RingFlex and SteelDisc single packers, well-known RollPack and RingFlex double packers and new the SteelFlex combi-packer are available. A fertiliser kit for a targeted placement of fertiliser the flexible MiniDrill for catch crops and greening can be specified.
