He has consistently demonstrated an ability to navigate complex land transactions and provide strategic advice across a wide range of sectors, including property, renewable energy, and development land.

"Among his many strengths, his relationship-building skills ensure the best outcomes for both clients and colleagues, and his in-depth knowledge of the land and property sector, combined with his hands-on approach, has made him a trusted advisor and leader within H&H Land & Estates. Tim will play a huge part in our ongoing development of the business and the Group, and his wide-ranging experience and commitment to high standards will be invaluable as we continue to adapt to the evolving needs of our clients and the economy."

Tim, his wife Jessica, and their two young sons live on the family farm near Newton Aycliffe in County Durham.  He is a partner in the family business, and he has a deep understanding of the challenges and opportunities that face the families and businesses H&H Land & Estates serves. Tim's ability to combine personal experience with professional insight allows him to bring a unique perspective to his role, particularly in matters concerning property and rural matters.

Reflecting on his new appointment, Tim said: "I am incredibly excited and honoured to step into the role of Managing Director at H&H Land & Estates. This is a time of great opportunity, and the company has an outstanding team, so I am looking forward to continuing our efforts together as we build on our strong reputation and deliver outstanding results for our clients. I am committed to a people-centred approach while also exploring new prospects to grow and innovate in an ever-changing property landscape.

"I also look forward to working with our senior management team, and in particular alongside my colleague Mark Barrow who heads up the south lakes team, to enhance and increase the growth the business has seen in recent years."

"I am committed to a people-centred approach while also exploring new prospects to grow and innovate in an ever-changing property landscape.
