Impact: IMPORTANT NOTICE REGARDING WEBMAIL CONTACTS

Dear all, we are undertaking essential upgrade work to the email service and webmail, the web-based email service, between the times & dates stated above.

The email service is expected to be down for approx. 2hr on Saturday 28 Mar during the morning. Keep an eye on Support for updates.

IMPORTANT If you regularly use webmail for email access and use the stored contacts feature within webmail, these contacts will require manual migration from legacy platform to new.

Steps:

• Login to webmail before the start date.
• Select Contacts, then Export All (note 'Export' one and 'Export All' form part of the same button).
• Confirm the file contacts.vcf has downloaded successfully
• After the End date, Login to webmail, select Contacts, then Import (selecting the contacts.vcf file).
• Any contacts which have not been migrated manually will be unrecoverable.
