Farming Online is upgrading the farmline.com domain to a new platform as planned.

The process began at 11am on Tuesday, and will continue throughout the day. This may affect some users’ service.

Anyone encountering problems with sending or receiving email from farmline.com accounts should call the 24 hour technical support team on 0870 909 0905. Access to email should still be available via Farming Online’s webmail service.

Anyone encountering problems not related to the switch (i.e. email problems with accounts ending in @farming.co.uk or own domain names) should call 0870 909 0902 instead of 05, which is focused on providing support for the farmline.com switch on Tuesday.
