Looking at how varieties performed in the more drought prone east of the country, Volume has performed well at some of the sites. However, the current four year mean suggests that there is no significant difference in yield between Retriever and its closest six row rivals.

Comparing these results to the yields submitted to the Farming Online Harvest Results shows both Retriever and Cassia performing well on farm to date.
