First Milk has announced that its member milk price will increase by 0.5ppl from June 1, 2021. This means that its price on a manufacturing standard litre will increase to 29.93ppl, including the member premium.

Commenting on the announcement, Robert Craig, farmer director and vice chairman, said:

“This increase has been possible as a result of improvements in market returns, as well as the benefits of our continued capital investment in driving efficiency and productivity at our processing sites.”
