Following an upgrade to services last year, Farming Online will be significantly improving the capacity of our website and email over August to handle the greater than expected increase in activity we have experienced.

Although services were previously upgraded just over 12 months ago, unprecedented access to the site by users through email, apps and the main website features have led to the service experiencing an excessive load at specific times, sometimes causing it to slowdown for a few seconds.

From 1st August, capacity will be increased significantly to deal with the increased traffic. We are working towards an upgrade which will involve little or no downtime to avoid inconveniencing users and no changes to settings will be required.
