Research carried out by the National Farm Research Unit last month shows that Farming Online is the top agricultural website in the UK when it comes to daily visits.

The survey also shows that when it comes to news, market data and business information visitor numbers have increased across the board since the last survey of this type in 2009.

"We are now getting more people looking at market data and business information relecting the changing times in agriculture" says Farming Online Chairman Bob Wilson.

The new site design has also brought big benefits to Farming Online. "We've seen an increase in the number of visitors to the site since the new design was launched and more particulalry a big increase in the number of pages viewed", says Bob Wilson. This reflects the easier access to information on the site, confered by the new design, making it much easier to see what is on offer on the site.

Bob says this is a very positive time for Farming Online and we look forward to introducing new technology to the site to increase our content and make for easier access to the information relevant to today's farm businesses.
