The latest Fantasy Futures Trading League starts today Wednesday 19th Oct, running to 23 December. A prize of an iPod shuffle or wireless weather station being awarded to the winning farmer/grower.

All trades prior to this date will be excluded from the league so everyone starts from zero profit. To join the league simply ensure you have a pseudonym (which you can create when opening a trade).

The Fantasy Futures Trader is a trading environment for LIFFE wheat which allows you to buy/sell liffe wheat futures without the risk of losing anything other than pride!

The last pre-harvest Fantasy Futures League was won by Leicestershire farmer and Farming Online member Robert Tallis who won an iPod shuffle.

The new league features a swing o meter which is an indicator of traders perception on future market movement (ie if belief is the market will rise, more traders will buy).
