A  PhD researcher at the Open University is conducting some research looking into the effects of low-level organophosphate exposure, and is seeking participants that have some previous exposure, particularly through work in agriculture.

Participants will be asked to complete an anonymous online questionnaire, which asks about any known exposure history. They will also be asked a set of questions relating to their general state of health, sleeping habits and mood.

This information will help the researcher to try to identify any relationships between previous exposure and wellbeing. No personally identifying information will requested or used as a part of this research, and each participant will be offered a £5 Amazon gift voucher for taking part.

The link below gives participants access to the online questionnaire, which can be completed in your own time on a computer or mobile device, and should take no longer than 15 minutes.
