Notice from BCMS

As reported yesterday, we are experiencing technical difficulties with our Cattle Tracing System (CTS) database. Although CTS Online is working normally, you may have noticed delays in dealing with the information you have sent including passport applications. This is a consequence of the current technical difficulties and these entries will be processed as soon as the database is up and running again.

In order to resolve this situation swiftly and effectively with least disruption to our customers, we have decided to take CTS Online and CTS Self Service out of service from 12 noon tomorrow (Saturday) in order to undertake work with the aim of restoring a full service from Monday morning. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause but can assure customers we are doing our best to restore a normal service as quickly as possible.
