Arable manager wanted in East Midlands

Family owned 950 hectare arable business growing cereals, sugar beet and AD feedstock. The business is currently building a 1MW AD Plant which will be operational in 2016.

 

You will be an experienced arable manager of the highest calibre, with proven skills in combinable crops, sugar beet and feedstock production. You will be responsible for managing the day to day operations of the farm and AD plant.

 

You will have the ability to manage good productive arable land, excellent organisational and planning skills, and possibly be BASIS and FACTS registered. Knowledge of Agri-Environmental and Assurance Schemes and the skill to develop and work within a close knit team are key credentials for the post.
