Shropshire-based Wyndford Wagyu produces the highest quality, 100% full-blood wagyu beef and, after being awarded a 3-star accolade at this year's prestigious Great Taste Awards, has solidified its position as a cut above the rest.

The brand’s Denver Steak received high praise from the judges, commenting on its melt-in-the-mouth tenderness, deep caramelisation, and generous marbling. Wyndford Wagyu’s Sirloin Steak also claimed a 1-star seal of approval.

Stealing the show, the award-winning Denver Steak is a lesser-known cut from the beef chuck primal and is famous for rich roasts.
