Harvest results from AHDB 2016 Recommended Lists trials will be available over the next few weeks.

Regular updates of yields from current Recommended Lists varieties, and also new candidate varieties eligible for recommendation later this year, will be available on the AHDB website.

“The Harvest Results allow growers to identify varietal performance from individual sites in 2016. UK average yields for 2016 show how varieties have performed across the UK, while five-year average yields will be a better measure of variety performance over a range of seasons,” says Dr Simon Oxley, Acting Head of Crop Production Systems at AHDB.

The emphasis is on data for new varieties. All results undergo a process of trial validation before publication.
