In this expanded role, Jonathan will represent ADM with external stakeholders, including government officials, key customer accounts, and suppliers. He will also lead the UK Leadership Team, driving a broad range of cross-business initiatives.

 With 25 years of experience in the agribusiness industry, Jonathan is well known within the sector for his expertise and leadership. Throughout his career, he has been instrumental in shaping ADM’s climate-smart strategy in the UK, championing innovation across the agri-food sector, and supporting the company’s vision for sustainable growth.

 Jonathan’s commitment extends beyond business strategy. He is passionate about mentoring and developing talent, and helping employees achieve their professional goals.

 As the recently elected Chair of the Agricultural Industries Confederation (AIC), Jonathan is already playing a pivotal role in building ADM’s external profile, a critical element of the Country Manager position.
